Kitchen Robot USA ( HJS&KC INC ) was founded at the intersection of real kitchen experience and advanced Korean automation technology.

Our journey began with a simple but urgent problem.
As my husband worked for many years as a professional chef, I witnessed firsthand the daily challenges faced in commercial kitchens—labor shortages, physical exhaustion, inconsistent quality during peak hours, and rising operational costs. While searching for practical solutions, I discovered the advanced kitchen automation technologies being developed and widely adopted in South Korea.

That discovery led us to partner with Robo Arete, a well-established and proven kitchen automation company in Korea. Their robotic cooking systems are already operating successfully in numerous commercial kitchens, delivering consistency, efficiency, and reliability at scale.

With my background in marketing and distribution, and with a deep understanding of the U.S. food service market, I recognized that these technologies could transform American kitchens—but only if they were introduced the right way.

We work closely with highly skilled Korean technicians who provide ongoing technical support and system expertise, while our U.S.-based team focuses on what matters most to our customers: local installation, hands-on training, and responsive after-sales service.
